What to Bring & Wear
Stay comfortable. Wear clothing that’s easy to move in—think lightweight athletic wear like Dri-Fit or cotton. Layer up so you can adjust to the weather.
Shoes matter. Closed-toe athletic shoes (like tennis or hiking shoes) are required. No Crocs, slides, or sandals.
Be sun-smart. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen will go a long way.
Pack small, but smart. A fanny pack or small sling bag is perfect for carrying:
• A refillable water bottle
• Personal items like inhalers, EpiPens, or light snacks
• Sunglasses, gloves, or anything else you might want on hand
