I would like to offer my sincerest gratitude and admiration to the team out at the Cielo Vista Team Challenge course.
I didn’t really have any expectation going in, other than the opportunity to play and bond with a group of ladies one weekend. WOW! How fast that perception changed! The course itself is incredibly well laid out, the obstacles were very sturdy, and the property is beautiful with grounds/trails, very well kept.
After a very informative and thorough instruction on ropes, harnesses, gravity, suspension, and a little help with mindset after a short hike, some of the more brave and athletic ladies volunteered to climb 20+ feet in the air and walk across a tight wire. I stared in awe and knew I would NEVER be able to do that! Fast forward 30 minutes – I was up there! Sliding my feet along the wire, cussing like a sailor, but never crying because I knew the strong amazing women below, had me! They were all so encouraging and supportive, the trainers were awesome, and I seriously learned something about conquering fears that day – it was a day I will never forget and I seriously owe a mountain of gratitude to the staff and friends of the Cielo Vista Team Challenge!
